Before you sign up
What do alpha members pay?
$20/month while Turf is in alpha. When the full version is released, your price moves to $50/month and stays there for as long as your subscription stays active. We'll email you at least 30 days before that change. Everyone who signs up after launch pays $99/month for Basic. If you cancel and come back later, you'd pay the price at that time.
Where is my data stored?
In your Turf account, on secure cloud storage (Supabase, in the US). Only your login can open it; other trainers never see it. Turf also keeps a copy on your device so it works without signal. You can download a backup file or erase everything any time from Settings.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Log in on both and your clients, follow-ups and plans stay in sync.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in two taps, from the link in your receipt email or from Settings in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
What if it's not for me?
Cancel during the free trial and you're never charged. If you've paid and you're unhappy in your first 30 days, email us for a full refund.
I work at a gym. Does it work for me?
Yes. Choose "commission at a gym" when you set up, enter your gym's pay plan once, and Turf projects next month's paycheck from your sales and sessions.
Does it replace my workout programming app?
No. Turf is the sales side: follow-ups, renewals, win-backs and your income. Keep using whatever you use for programming.
